Na<br>za\u010d\u00e1tku nen\u00ed nutn\u00e9 zapojen\u00ed velk\u00e9ho po\u010dtu<br>osob. Sta\u010d\u00ed, kdy\u017e se do zav\u00e1d\u011bn\u00ed zm\u011bn pust\u00ed by i jen<br>jeden nebo dva m\u00edstn\u00ed ob\u010dan\u00e9 (tzv. &#8218;inici\u00e1to\u0159i&#8216;), pokud<br>to ned\u011blaj\u00ed jen pro pen\u00edze, ale pro vizi a z &#8218;p\u0159esv\u011bd\u010den\u00ed&#8216;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center has-medium-font-size\">Proces mus\u00ed zah\u00e1jit alespo\u0148 jeden nebo dva lid\u00e9<br>s n\u00e1le\u017eit\u00fdm z\u00e1jmem, dovednostmi, nasazen\u00edm a<br>schopnostmi.
